Last years DAVIN & DION artshow was such a big success that the artshow planning committee at the Majestic Cafe decided to invite them back for part two!!! If you were there last year then you will remember all the CLOUDS, WEREWOLFS, UNICORNS and MERMAIDS that looked so nice on the wall while you were eating or having a drink. This year some new subjects have been added including (but not limited to) ICE CREAM, ULTRAMAN, UFO'S, POP, POPCORN, POPSICLES, MUSHROOMS and ???. Davin and Dion both use spray-paint and stencils only but please don't dismiss this work as that destructive and anti-social graffiti "art" that has become so popular. These works are pure pop art in the classic sense: vibrant colors, simple & direct images with American iconography and a playful attitude.
Please come to the opening on Thursday, June 8 from 7-11 or visit the Majestic Cafe anytime during the month of June!!!
